Temporary Receptionist Job in Reading

Office Angels is currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist to support one of our corporate clients in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer telephones, transfer calls to relevant departments, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to high standards of tidiness and presentation
  • Handle client and guest queries, providing accurate and timely information

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Professional demeanor at all times, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
  • Previous reception experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
  • Strong telephone manner, with excellent communication skills
