Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Monitor and report changes: Regularly assess residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the senior care assistant or nurse in charge.
- Support daily routines: Assist with domestic duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation, to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Participate in team meetings: Attend regular team meetings to discuss resident care plans, share knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Follow instructions and tasks: Adhere to care plans and instructions from the responsible person on shift, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Encourage social and physical activity: Participate in activities and outings with residents, promoting social interaction and physical well-being.
- Provide emotional support: Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records: Record resident care and activities on electronic reporting systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond to emergencies: In the event of an emergency, take action where safe to do so and seek advice from the nurse in charge and/or emergency services.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a candidate with:
