MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motor Claims Intervention Handler to join our client's team. As a Motor Claims Intervention Handler, you will play a crucial role in the intervention, hire and repair sector of the insurance claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to successfully capture third parties and achieve commercial goals.
- Mitigating the cost of captures by establishing the needs of the third party and following established processes.
- Supporting the follow-up process in handling claims and mitigating claims spend.
- Ensuring all claims are processed with an eye for potential fraud, exaggeration, and indemnity.
- Reviewing claims processes and recommending changes to improve efficiency and reduce leakage.
- Supporting technical intervention claims matters, including escalated customer scenarios and liability referrals.
- Sharing best practices with the team and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
