Position Overview: As a Culinary Leadership Trainee at Sodexo, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive food and beverage operations at our facilities.

  • Guide the culinary team, including sous chefs, commis chefs, and chef de parties, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.

  • Uphold strict compliance with all Environmental Health Officer (EHO) regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Engage in menu planning and food production management.
  • Utilize IT skills and experience with Microsoft applications to enhance kitchen operations.
