Professional Indemnity Lawyer Opportunity

H&P Executive Search is seeking a skilled Professional Indemnity Lawyer to join its Claims team, specializing in Professional and Financial Lines claims. This role offers a unique chance to manage a diverse and challenging caseload, working closely with customers, internal partners, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and manage claims, develop strategies, and set reserves to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide legal assistance to insured clients, negotiate settlements, and ensure vendors deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, risk management, and actuarial teams.
  • Partner with Client Relationship and Underwriting teams to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Legal Degree / LLB (or equivalent).
  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE.
  • Experience in handling Financial Lines claims, particularly Solicitors' professional negligence.
  • Strong technical expertise, advanced communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
