Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for running a section, ensuring the quality of dishes meets our high standards, and supervising junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage a section of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Supervise and mentor junior chefs, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members to achieve our culinary goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with seasonal ingredients, menu trends, and culinary techniques to ensure our dishes remain innovative and exceptional.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality and busy destination restaurant.
  • A passion for food and working with seasonal high-quality ingredients.
  • Excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Motivated and looking to develop your career as a Chef.
