We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Macmillan Davies Careers. This is a fantastic long-term contract opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting a dedicated region in a full generalist role. You will collaborate with a passionate HR team and contribute to their ongoing growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Managers and Employees: Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Implement HR Policies: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards while assisting in the rollout of HR policies and procedures.
- Drive HR Initiatives: Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organisational performance.
