Are you a motivated and proactive HR professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at Macmillan Davies.
About the Role:
As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting a dedicated region in a full generalist role. You will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development. You will also implement HR policies, drive HR initiatives, and analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Managers and Employees: Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Implement HR Policies: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards while assisting in the rollout of HR policies and procedures.
- Drive HR Initiatives: Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Analyse HR Metrics: Use data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Promote a Positive Culture: Foster a work environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional development.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced retail or logistics environment.
- Project Support Experience: Previous experience in supporting projects such as talent succession planning and organisational change.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Employee Relations Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations at all levels and complexities.
