Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manual testing of business requirements to verify compliance with acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate production releases by collaborating closely with essential stakeholders.
  • Assist in manual testing by executing automated regression test suites.
  • Perform functional and regression testing on all code and configuration modifications.
  • Document QA processes and practices, contributing to the expansion of the QA knowledge repository.
  • Engage in exploratory testing aligned with agile methodologies and QA best practices.
  • Work in partnership with DevOps and Client Delivery teams to comprehend technical changes and their testing prerequisites.
  • Share insights and expertise with the QA team to bolster collective capabilities.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and their functionalities.
  • Support the QA team in maintaining industry standards and adhering to our testing protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to identify, log, and rectify bugs or unexpected behaviors.
  • Seize opportunities to learn C# automated testing.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Junior QA or experience in a software development setting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and effectively solve problems.
  • Capable of creating, articulating, and peer-reviewing test plans.
  • Familiarity with QA best practices is advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft ADO, particularly Test Plans, is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Self-driven and able to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on utilizing product functionality to meet customer needs.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software.
