Key Responsibilities
  • Sell products and operate the till with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate with line supervisors regarding stock management, including receiving deliveries, restocking the shop, and rotating goods.
  • Encourage new ways of working at the store by having an optimistic outlook and an open mind.
  • Support deals, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Have the capacity and self-assurance to challenge customers who appear younger than 25 when they try to purchase restricted items.
  • Carry out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store and facilities.
