Job Title: Administration and Data Controller

We are seeking an experienced Sales Controller to join our team at a prominent car retailer in Worksop. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the sales team, ensuring site performance meets company standards, and driving overall success in a high-volume used car environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily performance of the site, ensuring all sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals and increasing sales of value-added products.
  • Audit sales processes and financial documents to ensure full compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in used car retail and sales management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Organised, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Passionate about delivering results and maintaining high standards.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • FCA accredited or willing to undertake training.
  • Previous experience in car supermarket or volume used car management is preferred.

  • Basic salary of 30,000.
  • Uncapped commission potential, with OTE up to 60,000.
