Sales Performance Manager

WeRecruit Auto Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to lead our Used Car Supermarket in Worksop. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in used car retail, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall performance of the site, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Carry out general manager responsibilities during absences from site, providing leadership and guidance to the sales team.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their performance.
- Support the sales team in closing deals, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Audit financial documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
The successful candidate will be a driven and motivated individual with a passion for used car retail. They will have excellent time management skills, be highly presentable and professional, and have a strong understanding of the used car market.
