Utilizing our own skilled tradespeople and approved subcontractors, Westone provides property restoration and reconstruction services within the insurance sector, as well as renovations and enhancements in both residential and commercial property sectors.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proficient Operations Manager to join our expanding team.Your primary workplace will be the Westone Housing Headquarters, with responsibilities that include visiting various project sites within our operational area.
The main responsibility of the Operations Manager is to ensure that ongoing projects are managed effectively and profitably.Within our Insurance Projects Division, the Operations Manager will oversee a range of Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects related to construction or refurbishment on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing projects from initiation to completion
- Recruiting additional tradespeople to support your project pipeline
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Assisting in the development of comprehensive project plans and related communication documents
- Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations
- Monitoring performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining ongoing communication with project stakeholders
- Conducting site surveys and designing plans to meet recommendations
- Submitting change orders for projects to clients
- Facilitating client meetings and presenting performance data
