About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Asset Management Leader to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of our asset management strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the team in conducting stock appraisals, investment/disinvestment in property decisions, and overseeing the Capital and Revenue Major Works budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and environmental regulations across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver planned maintenance and decarbonization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, tenants, and partners to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in asset management, with a strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective asset management strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
