Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure the optimal use of our property assets.
  • Lead the development of investment and disinvestment plans for our property portfolio.
  • Oversee the Capital and Revenue Major Works budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure health and safety and environmental responses are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the organization's vision for delivery of planned maintenance and decarbonization.
