We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team at the Priory Wellbeing Centre in Birmingham. As a CBT Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy sessions to adults, children, and adolescents, working closely with our consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and psychotherapists.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver CBT therapy sessions to clients, both remotely and face-to-face
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist with strong CBT skills acquired in an acute mental health setting. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
