About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our specialist team at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological therapies to young people aged 12-17 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-incident team reflections, reflective practice, and supervision to ensure a trauma-informed and recovery-focused environment.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including DBT, CBT, EMDR, FBT, MFT, and NVR, for individuals and groups.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including family therapists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, and nursing teams, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development of our trauma-informed, inclusive, and recovery-focused environment.

Requirements
  • Clinical Psychology Doctorate
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience of working with children and adolescents
