Rotational Midwife Band 5/6 Position

We are seeking a qualified Midwife to join our team as a Rotational Midwife, providing high-quality care to our patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
This role is ideal for newly qualified Midwives or those looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.
Main Duties- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care in a range of environments, working autonomously within the department/team.
- Support, supervise, and teach less experienced staff on the ward/team, promoting clinical and non-clinical skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a qualified Midwife with:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Up-to-date mandatory training in fire, infection control, basic life support, and moving and handling
- Ability to travel between care settings
- Experience of critiquing clinical evidence and clinical audit skills
