Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and window displays to drive sales and attract customers.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock losses.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets, implement promotions, and drive business growth.
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor or key holder in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
