About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead community service. The successful candidate will work with older adults presenting with communication difficulties and dysphagia, providing specialist clinical advice and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with communication difficulties
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide specialist advice and support
  • Provide mentoring and support to junior Speech and Language Therapists
  • Contribute to clinical teams to ensure well-coordinated care plans

Requirements
