We are seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to spearhead our Offering, Product, and Program Management team. This role involves direct collaboration with development teams to create state-of-the-art ion trap quantum computing systems. Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Guide a dedicated team of program managers in the development of next-generation quantum systems and components.

- Organizational Growth: Enhance the program management framework through strategic practices, processes, and enablement initiatives, all while maintaining a data-driven and results-oriented approach.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity enhancements, aiming to minimize non-value-added tasks.
- Program Execution: Oversee the timely completion of complex development programs while maintaining a sustainable workflow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product leaders to develop and maintain technology roadmaps that align with product strategies.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience in program management leadership within similarly scoped development initiatives.
- U.S. Citizenship, permanent residency, or green card holder status is required due to contractual obligations.
- Experience in product engineering and implementing effective product development processes.
- Strong ability to recruit, mentor, and develop exceptional talent.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions tailored to unique business challenges.
- Proficiency in managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
