Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Carbon 60. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance support and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general electrical maintenance support, including testing and inspecting electrical installations in accordance with industry standards.
  • Perform routine rounds and inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Carry out remedial and refurbishment works arising from breakdowns or maintenance inspections.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance calls and carry out remedial work as necessary.
  • Undertake condition-based monitoring surveys and minor new works installations and testing.
  • Conduct defect surveys on electrical plant and systems and provide reports as requested by engineering management.
Requirements
  • 18th edition electrical C&G certificate or willingness to complete the course.
  • C&G 2391 inspection and test of electrical installations qualification or working towards obtaining it.
  • Good all-round knowledge of Facility Management and Building Services Engineering.
