About the Company

Randstad Construction & Property is collaborating with a leading National Facilities Management firm to recruit a skilled and team-oriented Electrical Maintenance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and addressing reactive maintenance across multiple locations.
  • Conducting emergency lighting assessments.
  • Overseeing the Building Management System (BMS).
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients and contract stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Competitive (up to £38,500 based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship and relevant trade qualifications in the electrical sector.
  • A City & Guilds certification or equivalent in electrical installations or a related field.
  • Experience in the Facilities Management or building maintenance sector.
