We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at HQW Aerospace UK. This position offers an exciting opportunity for graduates in related subjects such as Business Studies, Manufacturing / Operations Management, and Engineering to develop into business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes.
- Analyse manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Engage in ongoing training programs to build technical and leadership skills and explore industry leading initiatives.
- Develop as a senior member of the Operations management team.
Requirements:
- Degree / master's in business, Manufacturing / Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking / problem-solving skills, with a specific interest in manufacturing.
- Highly numerate and comfortable with data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
