Ventula Consulting is seeking a Head of External Communications to join a prominent pharmaceutical organization on a contract basis, focusing on a comprehensive business transformation initiative.
The Head of External Communications will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of a new communications and engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, particularly the lead of the Transformation Program, to ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate for the Head of External Communications position will possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in External and Change Communications
- Experience in leading large-scale, global communications initiatives
- A strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in R&D or Life Sciences
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
