About the Role

The University of Cambridge's Office of External Affairs and Communications is seeking a talented communications professional to join its busy internal communications team. This is a key role that requires leadership on important internal communications projects and deputising for the Head of Internal Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership on internal communications projects and deputise for the Head of Internal Communications
  • Advise senior leaders on good communications practice and design and implement comms strategies
  • Engage faculties, departments and staff in issues that matter to them and to the University
  • Manage communications in reactive situations and contribute to improving engagement with, and information for, our students
About You

The successful candidate will have a strong communications background and will thrive on responsibility. You will have led communications campaigns and projects, be comfortable creating and implementing communications strategies, and be able to produce outstanding content for our internal channels.
