Internal HR Communications Consultant

Alexander Ash Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Internal HR Communications Consultant to join our global client in Cambridge for an exciting project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic communications for global HR initiatives, driving engagement and awareness among employees.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to design and implement communications for career development, recognition programs, and performance achievement.
  • Support the execution of HR-to-HR communications, particularly in the areas of skills and staffing, and corporate function communications.
  • Provide ongoing support for employee listening activities, including Great Place to Work, Q12, and Your Voice Matters.

This role requires a strong understanding of internal communications, HR processes, and global initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic communications and supporting the global HR team.
