Job Title: Office Administrator

Lanpro is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in York. As the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars to ensure efficient use of time
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for team members as needed
  • Organize company events and conferences to foster collaboration and teamwork
  • Manage office supplies and IT equipment, placing orders as necessary
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required
  • Process invoices and manage office budgets to ensure financial accuracy
  • Develop and maintain administrative procedures and systems to improve efficiency
  • Support the induction of new employees and provide guidance as needed
  • Assist with bid administration and tender processes
  • Ensure health and safety policies are up to date and implemented
Requirements:
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of administrative software packages and IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Basic accounting skills and attention to detail
