Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organize ingredients for menu items
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Ensure the smooth operation of kitchen operations
  • Work collaboratively with the Chef de Partie to achieve kitchen goals
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge and passion for food and drink
  • Experience working in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment
  • Excellent time-management skills and a strong customer focus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
