Job Title: Senior Civil Structural Engineer

At Morson Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering civil and structural analysis, calculations, reports, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement effective design solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Communicate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Participate in site visits, design reviews, and client meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in nuclear, O&G, or process industries.
  • Hold a BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering, with Chartership with ICE or IStructE preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
