Job Summary:

Parallax is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex digital transformation projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital transformation projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivery management, project management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and finances
