Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Scheduling: Assist in the establishment and maintenance of systems that promote effective planning and scheduling.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Help maintain project controls and contribute to the generation of project reports.
  • Administrative Support: Manage project files with strict version control and organize key project meetings while providing secretariat support.

  • Project Management Expertise

  • Familiarity with Frameworks & Methodologies
  • Governance Knowledge
  • Experience with RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project Online (PWA)
