Children's Residential Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team at CareTech Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the smooth running of the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of support workers and ensure the smooth running of the shift
- Support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family
- Encourage our children to integrate with the local community by attending clubs and leisure activities
- Safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm
- Undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care
- Minimum of 2 Years working in a residential setting
- Minimum of 1 Year experience of leading a team
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual, not automatic)
- Able to work long days and complete sleep-ins
