Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Casual Care Assistant to join our team at Bowgreave Rise Residential Care Home.
This part-time role involves providing support and care to older adults, helping them to live their lives to the fullest. As a Residential Casual Care Assistant, you will be required to cover for existing staff sickness and holidays, working up to 37 hours per week.
Our team provides care to over 1,000 adults across Lancashire, supporting older people, adults living with dementia, and their families. We have recently been awarded the national Customer Service Excellence Standard and received special recognition for our hard work.
We offer a comprehensive induction program, including the Care Certificate, and will support you in reaching your full potential. You will also have opportunities to progress and develop your skills.
