About the Role:
We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, managing medication, and providing emotional support to our clients. You will work as part of a close-knit team to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Manage medication, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
* Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
* Maintain accurate records of client care and support
