Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at the London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Clean and Maintain Guest Rooms**: Ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • **Maintain Public Areas**: Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and public restrooms.
  • **Restock and Replenish**: Restock and replenish linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
  • **Report Damages and Issues**: Report any damages or issues with guest rooms or public areas to the management team promptly.
  • **Maintain Equipment and Supplies**: Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and are properly stored.
Requirements
  • **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • **Physical Ability**: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with other departments.
  • **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
