Bar Team Member

Cricketers Woodford is a vibrant pub at the heart of the community, known for its welcoming atmosphere and diverse crowd. We're looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual who has what it takes to chat with anyone and make everyone feel at home.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Bar Team Member to join our team. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service at all times, serving drinks and food to our guests in a warm and friendly manner, and maintaining the standards of the business by keeping all areas clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
  • Serve drinks and food to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service or the next trading session
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the pub

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
