Customer Service Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our Property Service team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of Property Service Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address these
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment

**Requirements**

* Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the property management industry
* Proven track record of delivering customer service excellence and driving business growth
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
