Finance Project Specialist

Join Next, a leading retail company, as a Finance Project Specialist and be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of finance. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in the integration of the Oracle Fusion ERP system into Next Finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and construct finance reports that bolster profit and loss statements across business divisions, leveraging EPM capabilities of Oracle Fusion software.
- Participate in design workshops, supporting the Business Solution Lead Manager, and contribute to one of the program's primary deliverables.
- Collaborate with the reporting team, core GL lead, and change management teams to ensure comprehensive user training and accurate data transfer.
- Identify potential risks and ensure controls are in place to mitigate them.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing change with a focus on controls and automation.
- Robust understanding of reporting and strategic use of data in an EPM environment.
- Experience with Oracle, especially Fusion.
- Self-management capabilities, methodical approach, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Presentations.
- Previous experience with analytical toolkits, Power BI, and cloud-based data analytics advantageous.
