Payroll Specialist

Our client, a leading household name business in Leicestershire, is seeking a skilled payroll specialist to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This hybrid working role requires 3 days per week on-site in Leicestershire.
**About the Role**
The successful candidate will assist in improving processes, undertake project work, and support the payroll manager in running the payroll department. They will also be responsible for assisting the team with the running of a payroll of 2000+ monthly paid employees and providing operational and analytical support to senior leaders in the payroll, HR, and finance functions.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate will come from a senior payroll background and be available to start within a few weeks. They will have a basic salary of around £45,000, a competitive benefits package, and a hybrid working arrangement.
