About the Role

Momentum ITSMA is a growth consultancy that enables global organisations to achieve market-beating performance by winning, growing, and retaining their most valuable client relationships.

We are seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join our sector-aligned practices, based out of either our London or Boston offices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to engage and nurture key clients and accounts.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to identify target accounts and create personalised marketing plans.
  3. Proactively source/engage clients and create new business opportunities.
  4. End-to-end responsibility for originating, scoping, designing and executing multi-channel programmes, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  5. Analyse programme performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  6. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.
  7. Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in ABM and marketing strategy to retain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in account-based marketing or B2B marketing – likely from an agency or consultancy background.
  2. Able to evidence a strong client focus.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing and ABM principles and tactics and applying them in practice.
  4. Experience of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision-making and learning.
  7. Creative thinker with experience of developing innovative marketing strategies and program design.
  8. Demonstrable sector knowledge/experience (technology, professional services or financial services).

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 to £90,000 DOE, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, bonus days off, discretionary company bonus scheme, hybrid working and flexible working policy, home office budget, personal learning and development budget, and more.
