As a Second Line Support Engineer, you will be the sole point of contact onsite, providing onsite user, application and hardware support for all IT problems and issues from diagnosis to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite user, application and hardware support for all IT problems and issues from diagnosis to resolution.
