Charnwood Borough Council is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Private Sector Housing Team as a Housing Standards Officer. About the Role
  • As a Housing Standards Officer, you will be responsible for responding to complaints about disrepair from private tenants, building good relationships with landlords and tenants, and completing inspections and reports.
  • You will work closely with our Private Sector Housing Manager to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • This is a hybrid role, and we are flexible regarding the amount of time that you work from home or from the office.
  • The role includes on-site visits and inspections in the Charnwood area.
