Lettings Officer - Part TimeMountsorrel£28,063 - £32,884 per annum pro-rata14 hours a week working Thursday and FridayWe are seeking a skilled Lettings Officer to join our friendly and supportive team at Nottingham Community Housing Association Careers. As a key member of our Lettings team, you will be responsible for allocations and lettings of our empty homes across 32 Local Authority areas, as well as our garages and allotments. You will work closely with our team to re-let our properties through choice based lettings systems, by direct nominations and advertising on Rightmove.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the lettings process for our properties
* Coordinating with our team to ensure timely lettings and allocations
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
