Client Assets and Money Oversight Manager

Position: Group Client Money and Assets Oversight Manager
Role Objective:
- Oversee the safeguarding of Client Money and Assets for regulated entities within FXCM.
- Serve as the primary authority on Client Money and Assets, liaising with senior leadership.
- Establish and uphold a governance framework to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Lead the Client Money Team, ensuring the timely delivery of all required outputs.
- Manage audits related to client funds and ensure that all audit findings are effectively addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the Client Money Team, fulfilling all obligations for regulated entities.
- Work closely with the Group CFO to align on Client Money and Assets priorities and training initiatives.
- Evaluate financial systems and procedures, recommending enhancements where necessary.
- Stay informed on changes in regulatory rules and advocate for compliance within the organization.
- Oversee client money audits and engage with auditors and regulators as needed.
- Ensure the timely filing of Client Money and Asset Reports and related documentation.
- Supervise daily calculations of Client Money and conduct final reviews of meeting minutes prior to distribution.
- Manage special projects as assigned by senior management.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Over 10 years of experience in CASS governance.
- Proven track record in managing relationships during CMA audits.
- Strong numerical and communication skills, along with proficiency in relevant software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and experience in leading teams.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Remote Work: 3 days per week
Note: All FXCM employees must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
