Job Title: Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Training Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Course Administration: Manage course bookings, produce delegate lists, invitations, joining instructions, and certificates.
  • Training Calendar Management: Maintain our training calendar and report as required.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Assist with data entry and administrative tasks for our new induction system, ensuring accurate data input and database integrity.
  • Delegate Support: Prepare and ensure the accuracy of all delegate training packs, maintaining consistency and correct branding.
  • Post-Course Administration: Complete post-course administration, including issuing certificates, distributing materials, and collating feedback.
  • Employee Training Records: Update employee training records accurately on manual and internal systems, liaising with trainers and external bodies to confirm attendance and certificate accuracy.
  • System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our online training system, aiming to become the system expert.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Monitor email inboxes, respond to inquiries, and work with the Accounts Team to manage invoices and payments.
  • Training Schedule Management: Assist in maintaining and delivering the monthly training schedule.
  • HR Support: Support the HR team with the efficient registration of new starters on online platforms.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a training environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office software, including databases, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of GDPR: Knowledge of GDPR and data protection policies.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
