About the Role:
The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for selling a range of electronic components used in a vast array of consumer and industrial electronics. This is a field-based technical sales role where you will utilize face-to-face meetings, as well as video consultations, to get the most out of your clients' needs.
About the Company:
BMS Performance is a European leader in the manufacture of electronic components used in a wide array of applications. We are going from strength to strength and are looking to grow our technical capability to give our customers a much better experience throughout the design stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling electronic components to manufacturing businesses in the Sussex, Kent, and SE London regions
- Utilizing face-to-face meetings and video consultations to get the most out of clients' needs
- Reading technical drawings, specifying product into new designs, and working on long-term stock plans as prototypes become standard designs
- Acting as a project manager across potentially lengthy sales processes that can last between 6 months and 3 years on average
- Maintaining at least 10 customer interactions on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- A track record in field sales selling a product
- A go-getter with a new business approach
- The ability to have commercial and technical discussions
- A full and clean driving license
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of £40,000-£45,000 DOE
- A performance-related bonus of £10k-£15k
