Job Title: YouTube Channel Manager

Job Summary:

The YouTube Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive YouTube strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives. This includes creating and implementing content programming and optimization plans, managing channel growth and engagement, and analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content programming strategy that aligns with brand goals and objectives
  • Manage channel growth and engagement through data-driven decision-making
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates and search engine optimization
  • Utilize advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align YouTube strategies with broader business objectives
  • Present detailed and contextualized reports on channel performance and growth strategies to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing large-scale YouTube channels
  • Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable growth strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and lead under pressure
