Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Payroll Manager with all end-to-end payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Deal with payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to employees and management.
- Run payroll reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Update and maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Pension administration, including contributions and benefits.
- Payroll reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Matching, checking, and coding invoices for payment.
- Set up new supplier accounts and reconcile supplier statements.
- Resolve general queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of financial operations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with employees and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
