Job Description

Gregory is seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Control: Manage and maintain effective documentation control, ensuring that all quality-related documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Quality Audits: Lead on conducting internal audits across our sites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality Culture: Champion and promote quality culture plans across our sites, developing this area to its full potential with the quality team.
  • Record Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Collate information for monthly/quarterly KPIs and track and monitor budget for the quality team.
  • Accreditation: Register 3rd party accreditation (BRC, ISO) and report on any resulting actions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience of conducting internal audits, ideally with BRC or ISO experience.
  • Qualifications: Additional qualifications such as Food Hygiene, HACCP, etc. are advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
